Without limiting anything else in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, neither Load Board International nor its contractors will be liable for any loss resulting from failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather,earthquakes, natural disasters, strikes or other labor problems, wars, or governmental restrictions.

To preserve the integrity of its services, Load Board International reserves the right to suspend or cancel service at any time without notice if, in Load Board International 's sole opinion, you are not handling third party financial or other obligations in a manner generally acceptable to the industry. Load Board International reserves the right to terminate your access to one or more of this Site in the event that you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any reason whatever or no reason, with or without notice.

Unless otherwise provided by a signed Service Agreement, any subscription governing the use of Content supplied by this Site or the software connected with this Site, begins on the date service is made available and shall continue indefinitely unless terminated in writing upon 30 days advance notice. Payment is due Net 20 days from date of invoice unless other payment terms are specified on your service agreement. You must remit invoice payment within the terms specified or the Invoice will be past due. Any check not honored and returned to Load Board International will be charged a fee. In the event that your account is not paid per the terms laid out in this paragraph,and the account is referred to collections and is paid before legal action is commenced, you agree to pay Load Board International, in addition to the balance of the account, a fee equal to the amount charged for the collection of the account balance. In the event that legal action is required to collect any past due amount, you agree to pay Load Board International’s costs and attorneys’ fees through appeal. Load Board International may investigate your credit to determine credit worthiness. Load Board International may require a security deposit payable in advance of initiating any service. If Load Board International cancels service for any reason, Load Board International agrees to remit all prepaid unused subscription fees after adjustment for any multiple month or location discounts to reflect actual service provided. All billing disputes must be presented in writing to Load Board International within 30days of invoice date. Direct all inquiries to the Accounting Services Department, Load Board International Commercial Services.

You hereby grant to Load Board International the right to use in connection with the provision, maintenance, operation, and administration of the Service, whether in conjunction with information provided by Load Board International or third parties or otherwise, and in whatever form or format Load Board International chooses, the information you provide to Load Board International, whether directly online or otherwise. You warrant that the information you provide is true and correct.

These Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation,the Privacy Statement, represent the entire agreement between you and Load Board International with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any and all prior and contemporaneous written and oral representations,understandings, and agreements, express and implied. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without reference to its conflict of law rules; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE TERMS OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW NOW OR HEREAFTER ENACTED THAT IS BASED ON,DERIVED FROM, SIMILAR TO, OR CONNECTED WITH THE UNIFORM COMPUTER INFORMATION TRANSACTIONS ACT DRAFTED BY THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF COMMISSIONERS ON UNIFORM STATE LAWS SHALL NOT APPLY EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT THE LAW EXPRESSLY PROHIBITS ALTERATION BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICABILITY OF ONE OR MORE SECTIONS OF THE LAW.

By accessing, viewing, or using the works, content, or materials on this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts presiding in Shawnee County, Kansas, and agree to accept service of process by personal delivery or mail and hereby waive any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses otherwise available.
